By setting aside the constraining label of "narcissist, (really, NPD)" I can acknowledge authenticity and establish distinct boundaries to protect myself and people I care about. I find solace in the knowledge that I never have to sacrifice my true identity, safety, values, or desires, for someone else's manipulative purposes.
Seeing through gaslighting, distraction, impure motives, and fake friendships helps me recognize my power and re-align my intentions with pure positive energy. Disengaging from emotional arguments and pointless conversations shows worthiness, which attracts trustworthy and kind positive individuals and new, enjoyable experiences.
